Integrated Printing Systems combine O’Neil printers with the industry’s leading mobile computers to provide the ultimate integration and portability for users in route accounting, direct store delivery (DSD), and other field mobile applications.

The PrintPAD portable printer offers innovative mobile printing for rugged environments to enable the production of hard copy back-ups of digital information and signature printing, as well as the generation of receipts, tickets, labels, and barcodes for a variety of applications. This integrated system combines an O'Neil 4.41 inch wide (112 mm) thermal printer in a rugged case and an embedded communications charging cradle designed for use in a number of different applications with variety of Motorola® and Hand Held Products™ mobile computers.

Motorola - SPT1700, SPT1800, PPT2700, PPT2800, MC9000-S (MC9060-S and MC9090-S) and MC70 (MC7004, MC7090, and MC7094)

Beverage and food sales - Generate up to 2,240 6-in. (150-mm) receipts with graphics and logos

The PrintPAD™ with integrated carry strap and optional shoulder strap is designed for maximum user comfort. The PrintPAD™ simply “wakes up” automatically when data is received so there are no buttons or switches required for operation. After printing, the PrintPAD™ returns to “sleep” mode to conserve battery life without any user intervention.

Motorola Compatible

The Motorola compatible PrintPAD is a portable rugged 4-inch wide direct thermal printer that incorporates a communication and charging cradle for a variety of Motorola handheld computers. It supports printing of 80-column condensed font, 1-D barcodes and 2-D symbologies, graphics, and signature-capture. Features built-in intelligent battery charging, 4Mb of flash memory, 1Mb RAM, and includes a hand strap, two batteries, paper, and cleaning card.

Honeywell Compatible

The Honeywell compatible PrintPAD is a portable rugged 4-inch wide direct thermal printer that incorporates a communication and charging cradle for Dolphin 7900 handheld computer. It supports printing of 80-column condensed font, 1-D barcodes and 2-D symbologies, graphics, and signature-capture. Features a larger paper roll, external charging port, improved hand-held computer retention latch, built-in intelligent battery charging, 4Mb of flash memory, 1Mb RAM, and includes a hand strap, two batteries, paper, and cleaning card.

The PrintPAD CN3/CN4 and PrintPAD CN3e/CN4e are the latest product additions to the popular PrintPAD series. The rugged four inch wide thermal receipt printer incorporates a communications and charging cradle for the Intermec CN3/CN4 and CN3e/CN4e series of handheld computers and O'Neil's fastest electronics. Supports printing of 1-D and 2-D bar codes, signature capture and condensed 80-column font for invoice printing. Includes built-in intelligent battery charging, 4MB of flash memory, 2MB RAM, RS-232 port, two batteries, hand strap, paper, and User Guide. The PrintPAD CN3/CN4 and PrintPAD CN3e/CN4e also feature an external DC charge port, LED's, and an enhanced battery compartment for easy battery removal.
